A Message from Our Founder & Manager, ALBERTO AGUIRRE

"I love what I do because every single day brings a different challenge, a different canvas, and a different opportunity to build something real. To me, this isn’t just a business—it’s a commitment to creating work that stands the test of time."
Alberto Aguirre, Founder & Manager

Every great structure needs a solid foundation. My career was built the exact same way.

• 2006: An Unexpected Start
When I first entered the industry back in 2006, I started out working part-time as a helper. To be completely honest, I had no idea at the time that this was going to become my lifelong career. I was just focused on working hard, doing the heavy lifting, and learning.

• Learning the Ropes Across the Trades
But as I kept showing up, something changed. I fell in love with the work. I didn't just stick to one specific skill; I spent years working across different trades. That hands-on experience gave me a rare, well-rounded understanding of how a whole project comes together—from the hidden structural details to the final, visible finishes. What started as a part-time job quickly turned into a true calling.

• 2015: Transitioning to the Professional Level
After nearly a decade of sharpening my tools and mastering the physical labor, I stepped into the professional and management side of the industry. I focused on project coordination, client relations, and mastering business logistics. I learned how to pair elite craftsmanship with seamless, on-time, and on-budget execution.

• Today: Leadership Driven by Pure Knowledge
I am not a contractor who sits safely behind a desk. I spent years as a hands-on helper, and then years as a hands-on contractor getting my own hands dirty on the job site. I know this work because I have physically done this work. A few years ago, I survived a stroke. While it changed the way I move physically, it didn't change a single thing about what is inside my mind. My deep, 20-year knowledge of the construction industry is fully here, sharper than ever.

• Today, I lead RBH Construction LLC, using my decades of real, field-tested experience to direct my team, oversee quality control, and ensure that every detail of your project matches my exact, high standards.

Why I Love This Work (And Why It Matters to You)

There are three things that drive my passion for this industry every single day:

• No Two Days Are Alike
I thrive on the fact that every home, every client, and every project is completely unique. We don't do cookie-cutter work. We look at your specific space, listen to your specific needs, and engineer a custom solution tailored precisely to you.

• Building for the Next Generation
There is a profound pride in building something tangible with your own hands that you know is going to last a very long time. We do not cut corners, and we do not use cheap fixes. We build things to survive the elements, daily wear-and-tear, and the test of time.

• The "Years Later" Relationship
For most companies, a project is just a transaction. For me, it is the start of a lifelong partnership. My absolute favorite part of this business is heading back to a client's house years down the road to do extra work. Walking up the driveway, shaking hands like old friends, and seeing how beautifully the project we built years before has stood the test of time—that is my definition of success.
